Mustangs were second by one shot last year
AUSTIN — The Andrews boys know what it feels like to lose a state championship by one stroke. This time, they were on the other side.
A year after coming up one shot short, Andrews won the Class 3A state title Friday with no room to spare. The Mustangs finished at 631 and Argyle at 632 after the two teams shot 315 and 313, respectively, in the final round at Jimmy Clay Golf Course.
