BORGER — Stephanie Moore had 21 points and 12 rebounds as South Plains College beat Frank Phillips College 69-41 Tuesday, keeping the Lady Texans one game out of the lead in the Western Junior College Athletic Conference.
Lindsey Lee scored 16 points for South Plains (23-5, 10-3), which moved back into a tie with New Mexico Junior College (21-5, 10-3) for second place in the league. They stayed on the heels of No. 19 Midland College (23-6, 11-2).
The game was postponed from Monday night because of the winter storm and perilous travel conditions.
