A dedication service and ribbon cutting marked the completion of the Kent R. Hance Chapel, a $3.5 million, privately funded, nondenominational chapel.
The building, located off 17th Street and University Avenue near the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center, will host religious and non-religious services, weddings, funerals and events.
