In 1908, two separate entities, Happy State Bank and Crenshaw, Dupree, and Milam, were established. In a pairing that seemed to be a work of fate, the two have merged office buildings as announced at the bank’s groundbreaking Thursday morning at 98th Street and Quaker Avenue.
Attorney Billy Eichman has been with the local law firm close to 15 years. While he said the 1960s-era downtown building has sentimental value, everyone is excited about the move.
