The smile was back.
That 1,000-watt, ear-to-ear grin that makes Jordan Tolbert easy to pick out of a crowd, even more so than his 6-foot-7 frame, was on full display inside Daniel-Meyer Coliseum on Saturday.
It started when Texas Tech took the floor to warm up, the smile spreading as dozens of supporters — more than 100 by Tolbert’s estimate — began screaming his name. Several of them wore red and black jerseys adorned with the No. 32.
His mother. His brother. His sister. His grandmother. His uncle. His friends. They were all there.
