On April 25 I was in a local grocery store, standing still and picking out a bag of potatoes. This woman in a electric grocery cart comes around the corner on the other side and knocks my grocery cart and me to the floor.
I am in complete shock. Someone calls an ambulance. They insist I go to emergency room. I instead go to my family physician for X-rays and evaluation.
No one from the store has even called or anything to see how I was doing, just as if was my fault I got hit and knocked to the floor. I have a very sore bottom, but thank goodness no broken bones.
Places that have electric carts need to put some kind of warning on them because people using them are very careless, and some innocent person like me gets hurt — which was no fault of mine, except I was at the wrong place and time.
I hope this woman and the store are happy with the way I was treated.
