Regents slated to discuss fixed tuition at Angelo State, Texas Tech
The Texas Tech System Board of Regents will meet today, May 16, and Friday, May 17, at the Tech Health Sciences Center.
This will be the first Lubbock meeting for newly appointed regents John D. Esparza of Austin and Tim Lancaster of Abilene.
The finance and administration committee is slated to discuss fixed tuition rates. The board will vote on directing Angelo State University and Tech to study and present a plan for permitting new students entering in fall 2014 to opt into a fixed tuition and fee contract, according to the agenda.
