A federal judge on Tuesday issued an order resetting for October the trial date for a Saudi national accused of plotting attacks on U.S. targets.
The trial for Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari was moved from its original May 2 date to October 24 to give attorneys adequate time to prepare.
