Trying to sign up for wreckem 247

Wanted to sign up for wreckem 247 but it's impossable. It ask for email address but then when you try and regester it says email address must be unique... Well Hell my email address is my email address so what the hell does that mean. If you want subscribers you should not make it so friggin hard.
