Burkhart Center to
offer autism camp
The Texas Tech Burkhart Center for Autism Education and Research is sponsoring Camp Burkhart for middle school-age children with autism.
This is the first year the center has offered a camp for middle schoolers.
The camp will meet 1-4 p.m. from July 9-13.
Camp activities will take place at various locations, including Ready-Set-Go, Adventures USA, the Science Spectrum, Main Event and the Tech Leisure Pool.
