SI.com: Where are Texas Tech's Red Raiders in 'program pecking order'? (Raider Buzz blog)

How much can the perception of a program change over a half-decade? I'm not talking about the usual on-field ebbs and flows of going 10-2 one year and 7-5 the next. I'm talking about a real change in the national prestige (or lack thereof) a team established over decades due to its level of play in the past five seasons.

that set of "Kings" is a joke!

It needs to totally omit Penn St., Nebraska, Michigan, Notre Dame and Miami.

Most of these haven't been relevant in a while, and a couple are heading for major sanctions and should be paupers if the NCAA does its due diligence.

I don't give the NCAA the benefit of the doubt for doing the right thing, but ultimately I think they'll have to rock PSU & Miami.
