ESPN Big 12 blog: Don't be surprised if Gophers pull upset (Raider Buzz blog)

Every week through the season, we looked at one game that might go the opposite way experts expect. That won't stop in the bowl season.

It's called lousy coaching. Do you think if Tubby loses to the Gophers the admin will admit a mistake and move on to the next Head Coach? Or will they give him a raise and tell us all is well and we don't really understand football?

No, I think they'll give him a raise and blame everything on the former coach. I think Tubs will blame injuries. That is until Brown leaves. Then, everybody will blame brown and the former head coach and injuries and the wind and headsets and graduate assistants.

Your comment is crazy funny.

Has there ever been a bowl where the participants have a poorer combined conf record than the 6-11?

I can hear it now, "8 wins, bowl win, right track, building momentum, etc."

PS. Our recruiting class is 7 out 10 teams in conf.
