As I understand it right now, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and texas are all headed to the Pac-10 to help form their new division with Arizona State and Arizona. Texas A&M is still mulling their options, trying to decide between the SEC and the Pac-10. Texas Tech going to the Pac-10 will ensure they remain in a BCS conference, and ensure they retain rivalries from regional opponents like Oklahoma, OSU, and texas.
