The Art of Culture War by Other Means

The value of an education in a liberal arts college is not the learning of many facts, but the training of the mind to think of something that cannot be learned from textbooks.

Mitt's Log Cabin Healthcare Plan?

- Go to a log cabin

- Hold your breath until you feel healthy

Until Mitt gives the specifics of his presidential healthcare reform, this is a safe assumption for what it will entail. That is unless your butler calls The Doctor.

Hello Everybody!

Elections are here. It is really hot outside. Osama is dead. The police and autoworkers are fighting for their existence. Mace and pitch tents are flying off the shelves. Argentina is nationalizing to keep from vaporizing. And the streets are filling with patriots. "It occurs to me that I am America. I am talking to myself again."
