Last Tuesday, the Lubbock AJ threw a big event at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center called the “Steppin’ Out Expo.” Although I hadn’t attended the previous four, it was what I expected in many regards. For example, I knew the principle motivation for this event was the highly commendable goal of raising money to fight breast cancer. In addition, I figured I would need to get in touch with my feminine side since my attendance would be doubling the male turnout (I am only slightly exaggerating).
