Texas Tech will reach the two-thirds point of spring football practice when the Red Raiders go through their second intrasquad scrimmage today at Jones AT&T Stadium. Among the things Tech coach Tommy Tuberville will be looking for is better play on defense and continued development of the quarterbacks.
