The Texas Tech women’s basketball team didn’t get much from Kierra Mallard when the Lady Raiders hosted Texas A&M on Feb. 1.
Mallard, in her first game back from an undisclosed injury, came off the bench to score eight points on 2-of-13 shooting. The Lady Raiders lost 67-55 and shot 20 percent (5 of 25) in the second half.
Tech will face No. 14 Texas A&M again at 7 p.m. Saturday at Reed Arena, and the Lady Raiders won’t get anything from Mallard.
