The eighth annual Fit 4 Fun Kids Triathlon will be held at 7:30 a.m. on July 17 on the campus of Texas Tech.
The event, which is hosted by Texas Tech Recreational Sports and sponsored by Body Mind Initiative and Covenant Health System, will include two age groups. Ages 7-10 will have a 100-yard swim, 2 1/2-mile bike and 1-mile run, while ages 11-14 will participate in a 200-yard swim, 3 3/4-mile bike ride and 1 1/2-mile run.
