Yvonne Anderson led the Longhorns (12-6, 2-4 Big 12) with 15 points.
The Sooners (12-5, 4-2) scored the first seven points of the game and never trailed.
Nneka Enemkpali and Chelsea Bass scored 11 points apiece for Texas, and Chassidy Fussell had 10.
The Longhorns shot 25 percent in the first half and finished at 30 percent (14 of 41).
